Shipping Policy & Options Pawsazz ships throughout North America and to most international destinations. When you begin the checkout process and select your location, our system will provide you with the shipping options available in your area and you may then select the method you prefer. Within Canada we primarily use the services of Canada Post which include Priority Courier, XpressPost and Regular Parcel. If not specified by our customer, the most economical option will be used. PST of 8% will be added to Ontario destination shipments only. GST of 5% will be added to all Canadian destinations or 13% HST for Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland destinations. Return Policy At Pawsazz, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for any products that are returned to us in original condition, shipping paid, within 14 days of the customer's receipt of the product. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Should your order be returned by default (eg. held at post office as several attempts to deliver were unsuccessful, etc) a 20% restocking fee will apply. |
